Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a purchase is completed and the file is downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, we care about your experience.

If you encounter any issues with your download or pattern, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Exceptions:
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
– Duplicate purchase
– Technical issues preventing access to files
